Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in back-office customer service operations
Amendable to work on site
Amendable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises daily back-office customer service operations, handling client inquiries via email and phone
Ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, requests.
Coaches, trains, and supports customer service representatives to improve performance and service quality
Prepares reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and team performance
Acts as the primary point of contact for escalated back-office customer concerns
