Position: Portuguese Customer Technical Support Representative

Salary: Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting / Rotational
Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino candidates fluent in Portuguese and English
️ Open to foreign nationals holding a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa
️ Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center role
️ Willing to work onsite on a rotational schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Assist external users with questions or concerns about client technical products or services
️ Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, or other designated products
️ Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues, including outbound follow-ups as needed
️ Document and report all issues accurately
️ Perform related tasks as required
