JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Open for Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish
️ Open to undergraduates or graduates of any field
️ With 1 year BPO experience is a must
️ Preferably with Quality Analyst experience
️ Must be willing to work in Quezon City
️ Knowledgeable in Canva/Web Designing/Photoshop
️ Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Deliver excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via various channels.
️ Assist clients in web design-related concerns using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other design platforms.
️ Maintain high customer satisfaction through accurate and timely responses.
️ Collaborate with team members and quality analysts to continuously improve service delivery.
