Job Description:
-Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work to determine cost requirements.
-Operate CADD and other computer software systems.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals.
-Perform quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment.
-Solicit, analyze, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
-Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and vendors.
-Maintain historical cost data and estimating databases.
-Track changes in scope and prepare revised estimates as needed.
-Ensure estimates comply with company standards, contracts, and client requirements.
-Assist with bid presentations and post-bid reviews.
Job requirements:
Languages : English
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience :3 years to less than 5 years.
