COMPANY PROFILE: An international European contact center specializing in IT has expanded its presence in the Philippines. The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Japanese-speaking professionals to support their Japan team.
Position: Japanese Project Management (Artwork Manager)
Company Industry: IT Services and Consulting
Work Location: Taguig
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Setup: Hybrid Set-up (5 or 8 times a month in the office)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino can speak Japanese Conversational to Fluent
Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer
Someone has a strong marketing and sales background and project management experience
Someone has experience in new product development, CPG or FMCG Industries and packaging innovation
Coming from CPG or FMCG, P&G industries and Beauty Products (Consumer Goods)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field
Open to Japanese National located here in Philippines (Can Process Visa)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and direct the various packaging art projects, from design to printing.
Serve as the main point of contact between external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers) and internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain).
Establishes the agenda and precisely outlines cross-functional duties from the beginning to the finish of the project.
Use spreadsheets and project management software to keep current records of project progress. This includes keeping track of deliverables, milestones, and any changes to the initial plan.
Determine any hazards, bottlenecks, or delays in the creation of artwork and put mitigation measures in place.
Create recurring reports on art projects that highlight developments, difficulties, and solutions.
