JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language
️ Open to Graduates and Undergraduates of any field
️With Customer Service experience is an advantage
️Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Manage inbound/outbound interactions via phone, email, chat, letters, fax, mail, sample fulfillment, data entry, surveys, order validation, and social media
️Listen to customer queries and concerns, then deliver appropriate responses
️Handle report updates/sending, translation duties, client communications, support for final testing of surveys and processes, and basic data analysis
️Facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues; offer product support, investigate questions, and follow up promptly to promote retention and loyalty
️Complete other related duties as needed
