JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national fluent in French
Open to Graduates and Undergraduates of any field
With customer service experience is a plus
Preferably residing in Cebu or nearby areas
Open to candidates willing to relocate in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle phone interactions and deliver excellent service to French-speaking customers
Support tracking and sharing order information for distribution
Respond to and resolve customer complaints
Guide clients on repair and service inquiries
Address payment-related issues
