JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Any Foreign National can speak, read, and write Dutch Language
Undergraduates can apply
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
Perform other related tasks
