Position: Portuguese IT Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Portuguese and English Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assiting customer and clients concerns and provided the best customer service
Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
Responsbile for answering inquiries of customers regarding computer problems
Troubleshooting problems from clients and customer and assisting them well with their inquiry or concerns
Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
Perform other related tasks
