Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Undergraduates
With at least 1-2 years’ experience in spare parts, shipment and importation is an advantage
With experience working in distributor company like home appliances company is a plus
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure quality products and cost-effective solutions; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
Manage and process import documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare, handle, and monitor DTI-related documents, ensuring timely submission and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, deliveries, and invoices for audit and reporting purposes.
Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as assigned by management.
