Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
Willing to work in Pasig City
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with the company’s partner HR firm and external service providers
Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and workforce planning
Address employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
Foster employee engagement and provide HR guidance to both employees and management
Oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefit
