REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin &
English.
Open to Chinese Nationals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the coffee industry or chain food & beverage / catering industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong operational management, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-store environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Supervise store standardization and quality assurance to maintain consistent and high operational standards.
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows, regulatory compliance, and achievement of performance goals.
Coordinate supply chain activities and control costs to improve operational efficiency.
Drive store-level marketing strategies while elevating the overall customer experience.
Provide operational support for new store launches and expansion initiatives, including setup and process execution.
Lead, coach, and develop store teams, fostering strong engagement, succession planning, and long-term talent growth.
