REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
Open to Foreign Nationals
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field At least 5–8 years HR experience, with expertise in leadership and position management Strong knowledge of performance, compensation, incentives, and governance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Develop and maintain the job structure and grading system to ensure transparency and consistency.
Drive the annual promotion process for both professional and leadership positions.
Manage the leadership lifecycle, including selection, appointment, performance evaluation, and transition.
Facilitate performance assessments and provide feedback, using insights to inform talent-related decisions.
Assist with various HR initiatives and special projects as required.
