Requirements of the Job:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and Fukien.
Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing.
Experience with a background in Sales.
Have experience in sales and account management.
Responsibilities of Job Application:
Mandarin Sales and Development Associate will provide administrative support to the Sales & Business Developer Manager: including managing clients, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
Helped with the formal documentation and routine updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and workflow related to job responsibilities.
Mandarin Sales and Development Associate will monitor social media platforms and support marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s online presence.
Mandarin Sales and Development Associate will assist in maintaining a healthy client database, providing sales and after-sales support, and managing client feedback and complaints.
Mandarin Sales and Development Associate will support the team in business and process development initiatives aimed at improving services for both internal departments and external clients.
