Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, incoming inspection, customization, integration, and validation using approved checklists, with a zero-defect and on-time delivery mindset.
Work closely with assembly leads, material control, warehouse, purchasing, final test, engineering, QA, and project management to resolve issues, manage
priorities, and ensure readiness.
Escalate out-of-plan issues according to manufacturing escalation processes and log issues in the issue-tracking database for Kaizen and continuous improvement.
Support continuous improvement on design, processes, and customer requirements across mechanical, hardware, and software aspects.
Use correct, calibrated tools, jigs, and control documents; maintain 5S, tool condition, and proper material identification.
Follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.
Continuously improve skills in line with the annual training matrix.
Support field service jobs when required, including limited local or overseas travel.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
Experience: 2 - 3 years of related technical experience.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive
Willing to work on shift for certain schedule.
Normal Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
12-Hour Shift:
4 working days → 1 off day → 1 rest day (shift pattern repeats)
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Shift allowance will be provided for night shift assignments
