Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute final test activities with cross-functional teams
to meet project scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
Perform final testing according to approved checklists and customer requirements, with a strong zero-defect mindset.
Manage and escalate out-of-plan issues in accordance with manufacturing escalation procedures.
Work closely with setup, engineering, QA, and project management teams to
ensure test readiness and drive continuous improvement in design, setup, and
customer sample management.
Log and track all test-related issues in the issue-tracking database for Kaizen
and continuous improvement.
Use calibrated tools, jigs, and approved instructions; maintain proper documentation and controls.
Practice 5S daily, ensure proper material identification, and maintain tools and
equipment in good condition.
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.
Continuously improve skills in line with the annual training matrix.
Support field service activities when required, including limited local or overseas travel.
Requirement; Male only
1-2 years technical related experience
Cert/Diploma/Degree. Min must pass English in SPM
Able to work shift (monthly rotate)
Able to work under 6 months contract
