Job Requirements
Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language
Minimum qualification: Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate studies, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Familiarity with computer applications
Proficient in computers and internet—able to navigate Windows and the web effortlessly
Prior IT or technical support experience is a plus (but not requried)
BPO background is advantageous
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries about computer hardware or software issues
Install and maintain computer systems and network applications
Address client concerns through phone or email
Resolve technical problems swiftly and effectively
Manage, prioritize, and document incoming queries and IT support desk tickets
Prioritize IT issues, resolve them, and escalate critical ones to the appropriate department
