Requirements:
OPreferably Filipino who is fluent in German
Good English Communication Skills
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any field
Preferably with more than 2 years of work experience in the Customer Service field
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking the phone call and demonstrating good customer service to German-speaking clients
Assist in Tracking and distributing information of orders
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
Resolves payment complaints
