Job Requirements
Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in French
Open to High School or Senior High School Graduate
With 6 months call center or 1 year customer service experience
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries in French language
Provide customer assistance upon order processing, and returns
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
Provide excellent customer service
