Position: American Help Desk Support Manager

Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 125,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday, Weekends Off)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be an American, Australian, British, Canadian or Irish National
With customer service manager experience in BPO set-up
Open to Graduate or undergraduates
Technical Support background is a big advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate team performance and develop feedback reports for management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members
Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Oversee the budget for the customer service department
