Position: Spanish Customer Specialist (Educational Tools Account)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls in Spanish or English
Help customers in assisting on how to Nativage those Educational tools
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products by handling complaints and inquiries well
Troubleshooting common issues with the products
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
