Position: Spanish Warranty Claims Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Filipino or any Foreign National who can speak, read, and write Spanish
Open for candidates abroad who are willing to work in the Philippines
Filipino National who has at least B2 level and above of Spanish
Bachelor's Degree related to Automotive Mechanic and/or Service Advisor studies
Preferably experienced at warranty data processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approves correct warranty and goodwill claims
Assisting in translating documents from Spanish to English or vice versa
Receives and Review warranty
Responsible for managing and making sure that the warranty provided to customers are correct
constantly communicates with markets to explore additional market issues and to align warranty decisions.
Perform other related task
