JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Can speak, read, and write Spanish and English Language
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in BPO Industry is advantage
Willing to work onsite in Batangas and must be amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General customer service via calls and emails.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries/concerns via calls or emails.
Resolve service issues by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting and offering the best solution, expediting the concern, and making follow-ups to ensure resolution.
Providing up-to-date product and service info to customers.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions (Call dispo & Payment trackers).
Prepare individual End of day reports.
