JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak, read, and write Danish and English language
Open for Foreign nationals who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduates
With or without call center experience
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls in Danish or English
Build healthy relationship with the customers and clients
Provide a translation if needed
Providing information about the company’s product and services
Resolve with emerging problems that the customers might face
Perform other related tasks if needed.
