Position: Spanish Content Moderator

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000
Work Schedule: Shifting | Night shift Schedule
Work set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish (Conversational Level)
Any Foreign National who can speak Spanish with a permanent visa here in the Philippines
Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
With at least 1 year and above Customer Service experience
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and on a night/shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service
Identifying and removing content that includes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or other prohibited material
Examine text, images, videos, and audio to identify and remove content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.
Enforce the platform's guidelines by removing content that violates them, such as hate speech, harassment, or misinformation
Understand the platform's guidelines and rules
Collaborating with other team members to discuss content trends and share insights on potential risks
Perform other related task if needed
