JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approves correct warranty and goodwill claims
Reduces or rejects unjustified warranty and goodwill claims
Communicates regularly with markets to align warranty decisions and to discuss other market topics
Will assess global claims, ensure 100% capacity, maintain quality standards, identify improvement areas, standardize processes, recommend training, and manage market queries promptly.
Reviewing and assessing warranty claims to determine their validity and eligibility for coverage
Interacting with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their claim
