JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Any Foreign National can speak German language
Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Working experience overseas and for international company is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inquiries and bookings from German and English speaking accounts.
Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers
Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone)
Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into German
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
