Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 1 years of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
Willing to work fully on site.
Willing to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
Receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.

Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records.
Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently.
