Job Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for corporate clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and resolving product or service problems.
Opening and maintaining accurate customer account records and information.
Maintaining extensive knowledge of all bank products, services, and credit standards to provide efficient and relevant service.
Clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of problems, selecting the best solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
