Bachelors degree holder in Culinary, HRM, Food Science, or related courses
Open for Fresh Graduates
With experience in sales or cooking knowledge in food industry is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Execute approved operational plans and budgets, ensuring activities align with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Grow and develop customer accounts by identifying needs, implementing customer development plans, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
Provide high-quality customer service by managing follow-ups, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, pricing, and market changes, and share insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
Develop menus, recipes, and product applications, including the preparation of food samples for tastings, trials, and sales presentations.
Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents, reports, recipes, schedules, and records to support daily operations and promotional activities.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation by reviewing processes, enhancing productivity, and proposing new ideas and solutions.
Collaborate effectively with team members while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management standards.
