Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, statistics, or any related courses
With at least 1-2 years of experience in channel sales (OJT experience can be included)
With experience working in car/automotive, smartphone/gadgets, finance and supply chain is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end channel planning processes and governance, including channel alignment, purchase execution, and demand and sales forecasting
Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager in tracking, coordinating, and executing promotional and project initiatives
Lead channel planning activities by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflow rules to ensure accurate purchasing and sales forecasts
Review and assess rolling demand and promotional forecasts; translate approved demand plans into actionable supply plans and proactively resolve supply or inventory exceptions through cross-functional collaboration with production, sales, and procurement teams
Coordinate closely with manufacturing partners in China to ensure timely procurement of materials and delivery of finished mobile phone products
Optimize omni-channel inventory allocation by collecting, reviewing, and responding to channel requirements and inventory needs
