Position: HR Business Partner
Company Industry: Law Firm
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary Offer: Php 70,000 – Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Monday's - Friday
Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
With at least 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
Amendable to attend interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Consult with business leaders on people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals and driving value.
Partner on recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Coach managers, resolve complex issues, manage grievances, and improve work relationships and productivity.
Act as a change agent, support culture transformation, and implement organizational effectiveness programs.
Provide guidance on policies, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence.
