Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
With at least 2 years experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting.
With sales experience is a plus
Amenable to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Create lesson plans, manuals, videos, and activities for new hires and existing staff.
Monitor customer interactions, provide constructive feedback, and identify individual/team skill gaps.
Prepare training resources, schedule sessions, and maintain updated records.
Assess training effectiveness and recommend updates to enhance quality and alignment with company goals.
Coordinate with managers, support new initiatives, and sometimes provide frontline support or training for specific products/systems.
