JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree holder.
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Having 4 to 5 years of experience in human resources.
Knowledgeable in Philippine labor law.
With experience in Supervisory level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Communication: Effectively communicates ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms
Professional Conduct: Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and ethical work practices
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides comprehensive support across the full range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, performance management, training and development, compensation, and employee benefits.
Assists in the preparation, implementation, and review of HR policies, employment contracts, and other employee-related documentation in compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company standards.
Promotes clear and effective communication at all organizational levels to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Supports the recruitment and selection process by helping develop, implement, and maintain efficient systems for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates.
Contributes to employee retention and professional growth initiatives by supporting talent management programs and succession planning strategies.
Maintains accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee databases and personnel records, ensuring data integrity at all times.
Performs other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
