JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course.
Having work experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a big advantage.
Must be open to going on a business trip.
Capable of handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Knowledgeable in using office applications and comfortable with digital and online collaboration tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides administrative support, including daily administrative tasks, bill management, and handling correspondence.
Conduct information surveys, route correspondence, draft letters or documents, and collect and analyze information as assigned by the supervisor.
Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are updated and organized in both hard and electronic formats.
Coordinate with internal staff and external parties or service providers as needed.
Reserve meeting rooms and coordinate schedules ahead of meetings.
Greet clients and visitors as required, including handling the delivery of messages.
