JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
Open to Foreign Nationals
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate investment and financing, with a preference for candidates who have experience in financial institutions or the telecommunications sector.
Strong financial and analytical capabilities, sound logical reasoning, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively under pressure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in finding and coordinating with new investors, including reviewing potential partners and supporting negotiations.
Help prepare business plans, financial analyses, and transaction structures.
Manage existing syndicated financing and support financing improvement efforts.
Build and maintain good relationships with local and international financial institutions.
Maintain financing records, prepare reports, and complete other tasks assigned by management.
