JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
With 10-12 years of experience finance operations specializing in Procure to Pay.
With at least 5-8 years of experience in people management.
With working experience in Shared services
With experience P2P System with oracle fusion is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including requisitioning, purchase order management, invoice processing, vendor master data, and payments.
Provide strategic and operational leadership to P2P teams across Shared Services or BPO environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, and service excellence.
Act as a key stakeholder in P2P systems management and enhancements, with hands-on involvement in Oracle Fusion P2P modules
Prepare and manage operational budgets, capacity planning, and resource allocation for P2P functions.
Support global transformation initiatives, including digitalization, robotics, and best-practice adoption in P2P.
