Position: Purchase Specialists Officer (Q.C.)(One day hiring)

Work Location: Morato, Quezon City
Salary Range: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, spare parts handling, shipment, or importation (an advantage)
Experience working in a distributor company, preferably in home appliances, is a plus
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and coordinate with reliable suppliers to ensure product quality.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers when necessary
Process and manage importation and shipment documents in compliance with regulations
Prepare, monitor, and maintain DTI-related documentation, ensuring timely submission and renewal
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, deliveries, invoices, and supplier transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth and efficient procurement operations
Perform other purchasing and procurement-related tasks as assigned by management
