Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR-related functions
Willing to work on-site in Makati
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews

Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and update company rules, regulations, and internal policies
Handle daily administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and HR operations
Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns, violations, and disciplinary actions
Plan and implement programs and initiatives to improve employee welfare and engagement
Maintain and manage accurate employee records and ER documentation
