Job Requirements:
BS degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or a relevant field.
With at least 3 years of work experience.
Knowledge in DOLE rules is an advantage.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain accurate personnel files.
Ensure the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is up-to-date.
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate employee information.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and posting job ads.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Serve as a first point of contact for employees' HR-related questions and issues.
