Position: Aftersales Manager

Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Salary Offer: Php 70,000 + commission
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with alternate Saturday
Work Set Up: Work on Site
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field.
With at least 5 years experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership set-up.
With 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in automotive industry or experience working with dealer networks is an advantage.
Emendable to work onsite.
Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Hire, train, coach, and manage aftersales staff (service advisors, technicians, parts personnel).
Build strong customer relationships, handle escalated complaints, resolve issues, and manage warranty claims.
Oversee daily service, parts inventory, and workshop operations, ensuring adherence to standards.
Develop strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty, track KPIs, analyze data, and improve efficiency.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and achieve revenue targets for the aftersales department.
Work with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless service delivery.
