JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field
With at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role
Experience in corporate or structured sales environment is an advantage.
Amendable to work in Shifting Schedule.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts training sessions for new hires and existing agents, using varied methods (classroom, workshops, online).
Works with Operations, Quality Assurance (QA), and HR to align training with business objectives and performance standards.
Manages training schedules, logistics, documentation, and reporting.
Ensures training content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and client-specific requirements
Assists in creating training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules) and designing curricula for various skill levels.
