1376258 BC Ltd dba Rivers Reach Pub at 320 Sixth Street in New Westminster, BC is hiring Cook for a full time permanent position. Duties would be:
To cook food & prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, making curries, cutting meat etc.,
To set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies,
Stock inventory appropriately,
Handling multiple orders,
to comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations,
Prepare plate presentation procedures,
Determine size of food portions,
Clean up station and store leftover food,
To manage and train staff, to track and report food waste issues.
Experience of minimum 2 years as a cook in a restaurant is required. No formal education is required. Salary will be $25.00/hour. Language required is English.
