Job Qualifications:
Graduate of the Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Course
Must be a Professional Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer.
At least 10 years of work experience.
Can communicate well in English and Tagalog
Can work in a minimum supervision
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Design and Estimation Division, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design and cost estimates.
Oversee the preparation of engineering designs, cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Review and approve design outputs, quantity take-offs, and cost calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Coordinate closely with project managers, construction teams, consultants, and clients during pre-construction and bidding stages.
Develop and implement cost control strategies, value engineering initiatives, and risk assessments.
Implement the ISO 9001 Standard
