Position: Senior Procurement Manager (Sourcing)

Salary: Php120,000 and above
Work Set Up: Work on site
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree of any course
Minimum 8+ years for Manager and 13+ years for Senior Manager
Minimum of 2 projects as Functional process consultant, leveraging Accenture Methodology
Experience in driving Data, Cutover and Hypercare Activities for Source to pay transformation programs is a plus
Open to cross-country relocation
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, quality, and efficiency goals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize value and mitigate risks.
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes—from requisition to purchase order to payment.
Partner with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Engineering, HR, etc.) to understand material, service, and vendor requirements.
Lead initiatives to enhance procurement systems (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing tools, supplier portals).
