Position: Junior Technical Engineer
Industry: IT/BPO
Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila
Schedule: Full-time, Shifting
Compensation: Php 20,000–30,000 gross
Work Arrangement: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in IT or related field (Computer Engineering or IT degree is an advantage)
1–3 years of experience as a Technical or Network Engineer
Advanced knowledge in Cisco Meraki setup and maintenance, server configuration, and firewall management
Proficient in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Server, Linux, and SQL databases
Strong expertise in PC and network troubleshooting, analysis, design, and implementation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with IT leaders to deploy, maintain, and enhance network technologies and infrastructure
Install, configure, update, and optimize network software, hardware, and server capacity for stable connectivity
Test network protocols, data exchange, and server performance to ensure security and reliability
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, backup, and recovery procedures while providing onsite or remote technical support
Document network processes, layouts, and security improvements while staying updated on network technologies
