JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any related field
With experience as a Team Leader in a Japanese manufacturing company
With strong background in people management
Knowledgeable in monitoring change-over and line setup efficiency
Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and oversee more than 50 production operators
Troubleshoot production issues quickly and efficiently
Provide technical support and documentation for production teams
Conduct product and process analysis and implement improvements
Prepare and present technical reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
