Data Specialist to manage business data, maintain accuracy, and support certification processes.
Position: Spanish Master Data Specialist
Company Industry: Quality Assurance Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary: Php 67,000 monthly
Work Schedule: Mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino who is conversational in Spanish language
️ Have good communication skills in English Language
️ Must be a Bachelor’s degree of any course
️ At least 1 year work experience in any position using spanish language
️ Knowledgeable in using MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred
️ Willing to work in Alabang
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
★ Handle and update master data (suppliers, customers, finance records)
★ Process and monitor data requests for business needs
★ Check and analyze data to ensure it’s accurate and complete
★ Work with different teams to keep data quality consistent
★ Record issues and solutions following company guidelines
