Position: Italian Accounts Receivable
Industry: Shared Services/Biggest Online Marketplace
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Midshift or Night Shift schedule
Work Set up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino or Foreign national proficient in Italian and English language
Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or in Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst.
Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools.
Strong cash application background
With continuous improvement mindset
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable Cash application process.
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Collecting and analyzing quantitative data
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Collecting payments from customers, handling missed payments, and streamlining collections
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Perform other related task
