JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience integrating Microsoft 365 applications such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate
Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure SQL, and API development (REST/ODATA/SOAP)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Develop workflows, plug-ins, and web resources to automate and enhance business operations
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate
Develop and maintain APIs and manage backend database systems for optimal performance
Participate in Agile development processes and stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies
